Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after your order is placed. During launches, restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Old Season is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Old Season is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
